- The service or software has not yet been deployed, downloaded, accessed, or customized.
- A valid reason is provided demonstrating failure to deliver promised functionality, not caused by user environment or configuration.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (must follow their respective refund policies).
- Custom software development, consulting, integrations, or deployment services once initiated.
- Any product or license already activated or downloaded.
- Fees related to setup, training, or third-party tools and APIs.
Refund Process:
- Submit your refund request in writing to billing@nxq.ai with your full name, order ID, and detailed reason for the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For mobile app purchases, refund requests must be initiated through the App Store or Play Store in accordance with their refund procedures.
Subscription Cancellations:
- You may cancel subscriptions anytime. Access will remain active through the billing period.
